Change of Mind
Conditions for change of mind.
- Must be unopened, unused, and in saleable condition.
- Must be within 14 days of purchase.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- A 10% restocking fee will apply to all refunds for change of mind.
If you do have a change of mind, please fill in the below form with the reason for return as “Change of Mind.” Once your return has been approved and received, you will receive a store credit or gift voucher for the amount paid for the item (excluding postage and the 10% restocking fee).

Item Received Damaged
If you receive a product that is broken in transit, we must be contacted within 48 hours of you receiving your order. Please fill in the below form with the reason for return as "Damaged in Transit." We will then contact you with further instructions.
Faulty within Manufacturer Warranty
If your product becomes faulty within warranty period, please call (94148040) or email (admin@pases.com.au) store. You will need to provide proof of purchase and return the faulty product to us.
